Wood Ranch Cerritos: A Family-Friendly BBQ Destination with Delicious Burgers and Salads

My first visit was wonderful; even though it was quite crowded on a Sunday afternoon, our food arrived in a reasonable time and was served hot and tasty. The staff was excellent—very friendly and helpful with the menu. I will definitely return.

Today was the best lunch we have evere had at any Woodranch. Our sever Jordan [Female] was amazing. Super friendly and had great recommendations to help save some money too. We love the 2 item combo with chicken and ribs. You get 2 chicken breasts and it makes it easy to share. Highly recommend the grilled asparagus and loaded mashed. Will definitely be back and will be asking for Jordan.

The food is always delicious! My only complaint is that they have raised the prices sadly, so we will be coming here less often but the food is still tasty.

It was very bustling this weekend for dinner but we still didn't have to wait more than 5-10 mns for our booth. The baby back ribs was lovely! The mashed potatoes were divine! The brisket and ribs were alright. So was the mac and cheese! The staff was sweet and took good care of us. All in all, a very pleasant dinner experience.

Our server Roy was fabulous, attentive and helpful. This was our first time at Wood Ranch and the combination of service and food really made the experience. Once he knew it was our first time, he told us about the menu and how they slow roast certain meats prior and then wood fire them same day. It really made me want to try all those meats! Food came out fast despite it being a busy Saturday night and the wait to sit down wasn't bad either. My husband ordered the burger (as usual lol) with Mac n cheese and I ordered the spinach artichoke dip appetizer and the soup. The spinach artichoke dip was okay, it came with salsa too that we both enjoyed (only wished there'd been more artichoke to the dip). The soup was surprisingly hearty and even my husband liked it. The burger was perfect and he loved the Mac n cheese (oh yea and the rolls). I felt the BBQ sauce was a little too sweet, but I am from another part of the country with different standards. Highly recommend, and I even plan on trying to go back while I am in town!

Soo many gluten-free options! We had a late lunch today and everything was amazing. We had a tri-tip salad, sirloin with mashed potatoes, and a combo of short ribs and brisket with baked potato and baked beans. All of it was delicious, and even better- Gluten-free! Our server Nick was great! He was knowledgeable, friendly , and on top of everything. I was excited to hear they're even had a gf chocolate cake for dessert-yum! My friend ordered the apple crisp and said it was good. The interior was rustic and charming, and t he prices were reasonable. We will absolutely return soon.

I was so disappointed. I ordered the ribeye. The most expensive thing on the menu. And the sides were separate. The steak was fatty, less and a pound if meat, undercooked and unseasoned. 5 of our 7 person party ordered the ribs. I should have followed suit. The ribs were moist, flavorful. Absolutely delicious. If I ever go back, the baby backs will be my choice too. The wait staff was awesome. The drinks arrived fairly quickly. If I hadn't been disappointed by my meal, I would have given the experience 5 stars. But my steak make it a 3 and I only gave it a 4 because of the other items and the fact that the waiters were so great. We had a party of 7 with 2 birthdays at our table.

Amazing food, even better drinks and by the way, Chris is the best server in the OC area. I was able to walk over from my hotel and was greeted instantly. Drink arrived in moments and exactly what I needed after a long day. The food came out hot and delicious. I will be back next time I am in town.
